Work Profiles of new Ministers in the TS Government (Estela Rajender, Erabelli Rajender Rao, A Indrakaran Reddy)

Eatela Rajender

Eatela Rajender was the first Finance Minister of Telangana.Born in Kamalapur, Karimnagar district, Eatela Rajender is a B.Sc Graduate from Osmania University. Rajender was one of the founder members of TRS party. He was elected from Kamalapur Assembly constituency in 2004. He resigned from his post in support for Telangana agitation and won in 2008 by-election. Rajender was made Legislature Party leader. He won from Huzurabad constituency during 2009 general elections and 2010 by-election.

Erabelli Dayakar Rao

E Dayakar Rao, a native of Warangal District was active in politics from his college days. He entered active politics in 1982 from Telugu Desam Party under the leadership of founder N T Rama Rao. He contested unsuccessfully from Wardhannapet Assembly constituency in 1983. He became MLA for the first time in 1994 from Wardhannapet constituency. He won consequently in 1999 and 2004 from the same constituency. He became member of Parliament from Warangal Lok Sabha in 2008. He became MLA from Palakurthi in 2009 and 2014. Later, he joined TRS in 2016 and became MLA of the party in 2018.

A Indrakaran Reddy 

Indrakaran Reddy was born in Yellapally, Adilabad district. He has studied B.Com and LLB and is an advocate by profession. Additionally, Reddy is an agriculturist and a social worker and has a political career spanning 32 years. He has served as ZP Chairperson, MP, MLA and Minster.  Reddy was member of Telugu Desam party during 1991 to 1996 when he was member of Parliament from Lok Sabha. He was elected to Assembly in 1999 and 2004. He was reelected to Lok Sabha in 2009 from Congress party. He won the general elections from BSP in 2014 and joined TRS, later. He became Endowments and Law Minister in KCR’s cabinet. He won from Nirmal constituency in 2018 elections and was made minister for the second time.
