Dev first weekend box office collections report

Kollywood hero Karthi who also has a decent fan base in Tollywood, Karthi after facing a debacle with 'Chinababu' came up with a romantic action adventure, 'Dev'.

Directed by Rajath Ravishankar, Rakul Preet played the female lead in the movie. The film recently hit the screens on the occasion of Valentines Day but opened with a mixed response. Keeping the film output aside, the makers haven't focused well on the promotions. So, there was no strong buzz about 'Dev' which also became one of the major reasons behind the failure of the film. The movie might have scored decent numbers if the makers concentrate on promotions.

However, due to less promotions, Karthi starrer 'Dev' ended up slow at the box office and also the collections fell flat.
