‘Spirit of Jersey’

Undoubtedly, hotshot Nani’s upcoming film ‘Jersey’ is one of the most-awaited films this summer. Being directed by Gautham Tinnanuri of `Malli Rava’ fame, the second song of the film was unveiled by makers titled ‘Spirit of Jersey” and the number caught the attention of music listeners, add makers.

Composed by Anirudh Ravichander, it looks like this song traces the journey of Nani as a cricketer. As usual, the song has the right vibrancy and energy that songs of these kind demanded. It talks about how one should shine in life by taking everything in his stride. 'Thagalaga Meghame, Egurunu Ningi Vaipuke' is one beautiful figure of speech written by lyricist KK alias Krishnakanth for this song and it is quite touching. Then we have a trademark keyboard and percussion work of Anirudh impressing us big time, while the violin and guitar compositions are also quite effective. On top of everything, Keeravani's son Kaalabhairava delivered a robust vocal for the song.
