Hanamkonda: The TRS government, which accuses the Opposition of creating legal hurdles in the development of the State, needs to answer why its leader and Panchayat Raj Chamber State president Chimpula Satyanarayana Reddy had filed a PIL challenging the formation of Farmer panels, Telugu Desam-TS working president A Revanth Reddy pointed out.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, he said the TRS government has the uncanny knack of diverting the attention of the people.

“The TRS government, which raised the hopes of people with its ‘Mana Vooru Mana Pranalika’ programme in 2014, didn’t fulfil its objective. Then conducted the ‘Samagra Kutumba Survey’ to gather household information of the people and didn’t do anything.

Thereafter, the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao launched Grama Jyothy programme in 2015 and took up the task of reorganising smaller districts and mandals. None of these programmes made headway,” Reddy said.

Referring to the PIL filed by the TRS leader, he said KCR government has no credibility as his party cadres do not believe in his decisions. “It happened in case of Singareni dependent employment.

Sathish Kumar, one of a keen follower of Nizamabad MP K Kavitha came in the way of dependent employment by moving the court,” Reddy alleged.
