Karimnagar: The police department is striving hard with the target of creating crimeless commissionerate along with maintaining law and order under control, said Karimnagar Rural Assistant Commissioner of Police V Thirupathi.

Led by ACP V Thiruprathi, as many as 150 police personnel conducted cordon and search operations at Srinivas Nagar of Manakondur mandal in Karimnagar in the early hours of Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, ACP Thirupathi urged the people to utilise the advanced modern scientific technology that was introduced by the police department for various sections of people.

The people, who have smart mobiles, must download Hawk Eye to utilise the services provided by the police department along with conveying the messages to the police department through Facebook and police websites to prevent anti-social activities.

The cordon and search operations were being conducted to keep check on anti-social activities along with maintaining law and order under control. The details of the people, who convey information about anti-social activities, will be kept secret along with giving the rewards, informed the ACP.

The police seized about 25 two-wheelers and four autos, which do not have proper documents. Thimmapur Circle Inspector Karunakar Rao, Sub-Inspectors Indrasena Reddy, Krishna Reddy, Koteshwar, Chandrashekar were present along with 150 police personnel in the cordon and search operation.
