Arrangements made for 20th International Children’s Festival in Sircilla
The 20th International Film Festival will be organised from November 8 to 14 at Nataraj theatre in Sircilla. The Children’s Film Society of India will screen the movies in association with Telangana State Film Development Corporation Limited. The district officials, led by District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar, were making elaborate arrangements to celebrate the Children’s Festival on a grand note
Sircilla: The 20th International Film Festival will be organised from November 8 to 14 at Nataraj theatre in Sircilla. The Children’s Film Society of India will screen the movies in association with Telangana State Film Development Corporation Limited. The district officials, led by District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar, were making elaborate arrangements to celebrate the Children’s Festival on a grand note in the district.
Collector D Krishna Bhaskar said, “It is a good opportunity for the children to know about the culture and traditions of various countries through the films that are going to be screened on the occasion of Children’s Film Festival along with developing certain creative skills.” District Public Relation Officer Mamindla Dasharatham felt that the children would get inspiration after watching these message oriented movies and they would enable the children to keep a perfect goal in their life to reach higher positions.
As many as 21 different children’s films of various countries and India will be screened at Nataraj theatre, three shows daily for the school children from November 8. Dasharatham urged the students to watch the movies.
