Warangal Deputy jailor suspended

Warangal: A deputy jailor working at Central Prison, Warangal, Sudhakar Reddy was suspended from services following allegations of misuse of his powers.

According to the sources, the jailor used to help Pasham Srinivas, an associate of slain gangster Nayeem, who was lodged at the prison. It was alleged the jailor offered favours to the prisoner such as to make use of mobile phones and others

On learning this, the higher officials of prisons department have ordered his suspension on Tuesday, added the sources.
