Caterer held for abducting minor girl

The police on Tuesday arrested a 33-year-old person for abducting a minor girl. Addressing a press conference here, II Town Inspector T Swamy said that Kuna Ravi Kumar, a catering contractor in a Gurukul School, of the town reportedly lured a 17-year-old girl, studying Intermediate first year in TSWRS school, to his house on March 13.
Adilabad: The police on Tuesday arrested a 33-year-old person for abducting a minor girl. Addressing a press conference here, II Town Inspector T Swamy said that Kuna Ravi Kumar, a catering contractor in a Gurukul School, of the town reportedly lured a 17-year-old girl, studying Intermediate first year in TSWRS school, to his house on March 13.
Later, he let off her on March 15 at Bellampally, girl’s native town. The girl’s parents lodged a complaint with the police on April 4 about the incident. The police, who investigated the case, arrested Ravi Kumar, who is at large since the incident.
