Speaking at the city police training centre at Madikonda on Friday, he told the constables attending the reorientation classes to make use of the opportunity where they can tune in their fitness levels besides getting updated to the latest trends related to their duty. “Getting updated to the new laws and landmark judgments is the other thing that constables need to focus,” the Police Commissioner said.
He said that all the police stations in the Commissionerate will be turned into model ones. Efforts are on to instil confidence among the denizens through smart policing. On a par with the Hyderabad, services in Warangal Commissionerate will be improved, he said. Inspectors Tirumal and Jithender were among others present.
Earlier in another development, the Police Commissioner felicitated Edavelli Akshay Kumar, who secured 624th rank in latest Civil Services examination. It may be noted here that Akshya Kumar is son of constable Dayakar, who is working in Mamnoor police station. Mamnoor ACP Shobhan Kumar was present.
