After the day is half way through we tend to behave lazy, this is just because our energy levels reduce because after certain point of time our body needs to re-gain energy.

Did you ever know that companies like Apple, Google and many othercompanies allow their employees to take a nap before continuing their work? The medical studies have proved that taking a nap before continuing work can increase the energy and focus levels.

HOW LONG SHOULD YOU TAKE A NAP??
Experts claim that a proper nap should last for 10-20 minutes. This helps the brain to regenerate and improve its functioning. Naps are shorter than sleep and so avoid expanding your nap more than 20 minutes. This is also true for a sleep that lasts more than an hour the body starts to sink into serious sleep and if you break it you will feel all the more tired than before.

Naps are intended on individuals that cannot sleep enough during the nights. The sleeping process affects the body favorably and lets it improve its creativity and thinking capacity. Nap as much as possible and make sure you stay active all the time. Your nap should not disrupt your regular sleep.
