Milk can be used as a cleansing agent:

  • In a bowl take a spoon of raw milk. Soak a cotton ball into the milk.
  • Squeeze the excess and clean your skin gently.
  • Leave your skin to dry.
  • Wash off with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Yogurt facial cleanser

  • Take a spoon of plain yogurt and mix it with few drops of lime juice and honey.
  • Gently massage the pack on your skin for few minutes.
  • Leave it for couple of minutes.
  • Wash off the pack with lukewarm water and repeat this process once a day.

Sugar srub for exfoliation

  • Use brown or white sugar for exfoliation. Mix two spoons of sugar with a tablespoon of honey.
  • Mix them well and apply the thick paste on the face and neck.
  • Gently massage face and neck in a circular motion targeting the skin around nose and mouth area.
  • Leave it for few minutes and wash with lukewarm water.
  • Follow this process twice a week.

Mint toner

  • Boil 1 1/2 cup of water in a pot.
  • Add a cup of shredded mint leaves to it.
  • Simmer for few minutes and remove from the flame.
  • Close the lid and let it steep.
  • Strain and allow the solution to cool.
  • Pour the solution to spray bottle and store it in refrigerator.
  • Pray the solution on face and neck after cleansing daily.
  • Let it dry and moisturise.

Use these simple and natural ingredients as cleansing agent to your skin and get clean and glowing skin within minutes.
