This attitude must be changed forthwith. In America every dog owner has to clean up the place after his pet has done the job. The Indian citizen obeys the orders over there, but when comes back to India, attitude changes. In Dubai you wouldn't dare to eat in public during Ramzan festival irrespective of the religion. Everybody respects the system. We expect the Government to clean up but we are not going to stop collecting garbage all in a cover and throw it in the bin. We expect the railways, bus stations to provide clean bathrooms but we are not going to learn the proper use of bathrooms. Bribery, tax evasion, unlicensed business, unethical practices, etc. have become common practices in India. The system can be changed by you and me.
