"I congratulate all those who have come up well in the JEE Mains with good marks. But this is just only one part of the test and in a way a screening test for entry into IITs. I advise all the young lads to concentrate on JEE Advanced with much more concentration and crack it," he exhorted. Too much of media activity can distract their mind at this crucial time as they have to prepare for another important exam, he added. All the 125 odd students who were coached at Ramaiah IIT Institute have been qualified for the JEE Advanced. Away from the publicity glitz, the students have immersed in their preparation for JEE Advanced. "The media glare would definitely be an encouragement to the students and it will motivate them to an extent. But the ultimate target is cracking JEE Advanced. In a way, it would largely depend on the personal capability of the student and very less a coaching institute can do. How the student would perform in the exam hall during JEE Advanced. He has to choose his own path in answering the questions," Ramaiah told The Hans India.
