Online radio Francis Bol launched. Now, St Francis College for Women, Hyderabad, has its own online radio.
Now, St Francis College for Women, Hyderabad, has its own online radio. Yes, the Department of Mass Communication has launched ‘Francis Bol’ to promote local music bands, RJs and also add fun quotient to campus life.
Organised by a group of 12 students under the guidance of lecturer Daniel Kelly, the shows are hosted by city RJs. For instance, RJ Gaura and RJ Swastika host a satirical show based on current affairs and RJ Prathiba hosts ‘campus rockstar’ to promote campus talent.
Other interesting shows are ‘filmy tadka’ with and a segment on new book releases with their reviews. Besides all fun shows, there is also news programme ‘Bharati news digest’.
