Issues pertaining to Iranian students discussed

Hyderabad: Mohd. Haghbin Ghomi, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran recently met Prof. P Laxminarayana, the Dean, Faculty of Engg., Osmania University, and Prof. P Raja Sekhar, Chairperson- Board of Studies in Civil Engg., Osmania University. 

Haghbin Ghomi discussed about the issues pertaining to Iranian students pursuing their UG, PG & PhD studies at the College of Engg., OU. He also gave suggestions, about how to make the students academically comfortable and stressed the need for a strong Student-Teacher relationship.  The Dean and the Chairperson assured him that all kinds of necessary steps will be taken with regards to the Iranian students in particular and all the foreign students in general to provide them with the best academic atmosphere at University College of Engg., in particular and Osmania University in General.
