Apple Hikes Older iPhone Prices in India After iPhone 18 Pro Launch; New Prices

If you were hoping for a price drop on an iPhone after the new models came out. Apple has made that plan difficult. With the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro series, Apple has quietly increased prices on all of its existing iPhone models in India. This includes the iPhone 16, iPhone 17e, iPhone 17 and iPhone Air. Prices have gone up across the board so there's no relief for those waiting for discounts. It seems like the old devices are now more expensive than before, even as newer ones arrive.

Normally, when a new iPhone launch, the older models usually get a bit cheaper. That’s what people have come to expect. This time Apple did something different. Instead of lowering prices, they raised them. So if you were waiting for the iPhone 18 release just to get a deal on last year’s model, that plan is no longer working. All those phones now cost more than they did at launch.

In short, there's no bargaining angle left this year. Whichever older iPhone you wanted to buy, it's going to cost noticeably more than it did just a day ago.
