He participated in the second phase of the sheep distribution programme in Isanna Palli village in Bhikkunur mandal with Collector Satyanarayana on Wednesday.
They also participated and identified the needs of the village in the 30-day action plan meeting at the village. Govardhan said that Chief Minister KCR is a true successor of Gandhi. Telangana statehood is achieved with the non-violent Satyagraha.
Govardhan said that whoever implemented Gandhiji's wishes are the original heirs. Govardhan and Collector Satyanarayana planted saplings on the occasion.
