Cyber stalker arrested for harassing woman
The Rachakonda cybercrime police on Saturday arrested one person for allegedly committing sexual harassment in electronic form. The accused has been identified as Ch Santhosh (27).
Hyderabad: The Rachakonda cybercrime police on Saturday arrested one person for allegedly committing sexual harassment in electronic form. The accused has been identified as Ch Santhosh (27).
According to the police, a complaint was lodged by the victim in which she stated that the accused hacked her Gmail account, collected her images and created a fake Facebook account on her name. On the receipt of the compliant police registered a case under 354, 509 IPC and 66 (C), 67 of IT.
According to the police, the accused was arrested at Kondapur. The accused was a classmate of victim's brother and used to visit their house frequently.
The accused gained acquaintance with the victim by addressing her as sister but later he started harassing her in the name of love. The accused bore a grudge against the victim and hacked her Gmail account.
