GI-MUN 3.0 concludes with debates, resolutions and awards
Mancherial: The third edition of the Global Insight Model United Nations (GI-MUN 3.0) concluded on September 20 at the Slate Group of Schools campus in Jannaram, Mancherial district. The final day featured proceedings in the UNSC, Lok Sabha and UNESCO committees, with delegates participating in moderated caucuses, debates and resolution drafting.
The Lok Sabha discussed national security, women’s safety, employment, examination paper leaks, economic growth and defence self-reliance. The UNSC debated reforms to sanctions and financial tracking of crypto-financed conflicts, while UNESCO focused on equitable access to AI in heritage management.
The conference concluded with a valedictory ceremony attended by school authorities and guests. Outstanding delegates, performers and committee members were presented prizes and certificates for their contributions during the three-day conference.
