The State High Court on Friday granted anticipatory bail to former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash in a cheating case registered against him.
Ravi Prakash was booked under cheating and forgery case after Alanda Media Entertainment Pvt Ltd lodged a complaint against him. The Cyberabad police who registered the case under various sections are presently investigating the case.
Alanda Media had alleged that Ravi Prakash forged the documents for appointing directors and tried to sell the logo of TV9 at a cheap price. However, Ravi Prakash who approached the high court has been granted the anticipatory bail in three cases.
