MLC Damodar Reddy campaigns at Nagarkurnool RTC depot
Nagarkurnool: MLC Kuchukulla Damodar Reddy conducted an election campaign among employees at the Nagarkurnool RTC Depot and appealed to them to vote for the Arrow symbol and elect him with a big majority in the upcoming union elections.
Meeting employees from all sections of the depot, Damodar Reddy promised to work towards merging TGSRTC with the government and ensuring job security for RTC employees. He also assured that pending dues of serving employees as well as retired RTC employees would be cleared completely.
He said efforts would be made to increase the number of buses in the coming days and recruit drivers, conductors and mechanics to strengthen RTC services.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of VS Narayana, Mahabubnagar region district president. CPM leaders appealed to RTC employees to cast their votes for the Arrow symbol and support Damodar Reddy with a large majority. They assured that the party would continue to stand by RTC employees.
CPM leader A Srinivas, Depot Chairman Parushuram, depot president Babu Rao, secretary Pentaiah and other leaders and RTC employees attended the programme. A large number of women employees and RTC staff also participated.
