Karimnagar: As part of the innovative Back-to-School Bucket Challenge initiated by Shri Seva Marg voluntary organisation, its president Mupalli Phanita distributed lunch plates worth Rs 8,000 to the students of a government school in Srinagar Colony in Karimnagar.

M Phanita said that the school principal requested to donate plates for the students to have mid-day meals when they were distributing notebooks to poor and orphan students in the same government school as part of Back-to-School Bucket Challenge last week.

When the issue was posted on Facebook, one Mr Santosh Reddy quickly responded and donated plates worth Rs 8,000 to the children.

MEO Bhadraiah expressed happy and thanked the organisation for their service to the children and blessed them to continue their service in future also. Ward member Buchi Reddy, school headmaster Narahari Satyanarayana Reddy, teachers and others

were present.
