Mancherial, June 16: Ramagundam Commissionerate police detained 10 persons for spreading false rumours on social media on Sunday.
On orders of Ramagundam Commissioner of police V Satynarayana task force, special branch police and cyber crime technical officers arrested ten persons for spreading rumor that murders have come from other states.
Arrested wre identified as Annam Ramesh resident court complex Mancherial, Juvaji Satyanarayana of Bellampalli; sollu Srinivas of Godavarikhani, Panja Srinivas, Banne Satish Kumar, sonnala Naresh of Devunipalli of peddapalli district, Vejjilapu Naresh of Kannala, Battula Ravi of Godavarikhani and Bogam Vijay of Muttaram.
