Singareni panel reviews RG-I annual plan
Peddapalli: A committee constituted to finalise Singareni Collieries Company Limited’s annual plan and production targets for 2027-28 reviewed the performance and operational requirements of Ramagundam Area-I on Wednesday.
The review meeting was held at the RG-I General Manager’s office under the chairmanship of Area GM D Lalith Kumar. Committee convener and GM (CPP&PP) G Devender, along with senior officials, assessed production, productivity, manpower and machinery utilisation across the area. The committee reviewed the performance of open-cast and underground mines and discussed future operational plans and proposed production targets. Officials briefed the members on field-level challenges affecting mining operations.
The committee said the difficulties identified during the review would be considered while preparing the action plan for achieving the 2027-28 targets. It also stressed optimum utilisation of manpower and machinery and regular assessment of mine-wise performance.
RG Region GM (Quality) Venkataramana and other senior officials, mine managers and departmental representatives attended the meeting.
