After the court directed the Telangana government to file a counter on the judicial committee to look into the TSRTC strike, the government on Wednesday filed an affidavit stating that the RTC issue comes under the labour court.

All the workers have to work complying with the Industrial Dispute Act 1947 but none are following the regulations, the government said. It further said that according to section 10 of the Industrial Dispute Act, the labour commission has to be asked to look into the issue.
