The state will not see any new schemes in the budget that is going to be presented in February second week.

In a review meeting that was held on Thursday, the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said that the government will not announced new schemes and asked the officials to be rational with the allocation of the budget as there is no progressive in the economy.

Although the chief minister had said that he has many schemes in his mind for the state in the last budget session, those are said to be snubbed due to the economic condition.

KCR directed the officials not to announce any infrastructural projects like building roads and asked to continue the old work. This time, the budget will see a large allocation of funds to Rythu Bandhu and farmer loan waiver.
