Vikarabad receives 1 cm rainfall
There was one cm of rain each in Shamirpet (Medchal-Malkajgiri district) and Mominpet (Vikarabad) during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Sunday, the Met department bulletin said.

The bulletin forecast light to moderate rain or thundershowers at isolated places across Telangana on May 13 and 14.
Dry weather is very likely to prevail in the State on May 15 and 16. No large change during the period May 17-19 is the weather outlook. According to the bulletin, the highest maximum temperature of 45.6 degrees Celsius was recorded at Khammam.
The other temperatures registered on Sunday were: Medak 43 and Hakimpet and Dundigal 40 each. The rain is attributed to the upper air cyclonic circulation extending up to 0.9 km above the mean sea level over Telangana and its neighbourhood.
