Karimnagar: Husnabad MLA Voditela Satish Kumar along with party activists campaigned in Gautham Nagar of 141st division of Malkajgiri constituency, Hyderabad, for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corportaion (GHMC) elections on Sunday, the last day for campaigning.

MLA Satish Kumar said he became confident that TRS candidate Mekala Sunitha Sai Yadav will win the GHMC elections with a bumper majority, after observing the huge public response to the TRS leaders and activists' campaign for the last 10 days.

Large number of people attending TRS Working President and IT Minister KT Rama Rao's road show conducted a few days ago in Gautham Nagar and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's public meeting at LB Stadium on Saturday clearly shows the huge public support to the ruling party, he stated. Alleging that Opposition parties were trying to provoke voters, the MLA urged the people not to believe their words. 'They do not have commitment in solving public issues. They are trying provoke the people only to get votes in the elections,'he added.

Satish said that only the TRS can solve all public issues and can lead Hyderabad towards further development. By winning majority seats in GHMC elections, the ruling party will grab Mayor seat also, he added. By casting their vote to the TRS candidate, Mekala Sunitha Sai Yadav of 141 division should register massive victory in the elections, he appealed to the public.
