Chief Minister is keen on taken up land purification: Revenue minister

Kadapa: Deputy Chief Minister and also Revenue minister P.Subas Chandra Bose has said that chief minister is keen on taken up purification of revenue records in a war foot manner. While addressing review meeting with officials here on Friday the minister said the government has notified 3.31acres of land in the state. Apart from 33 lakh acres were not enrolled in the revenue records.

To overcome this problem the government has appointed 11 surveyors entire the state. Saying that there difference related to 8lakhs witnessing between Resurvey Settlement Register(RSR) 10-1 Adangal in YSR district, directed the officials to immediately rectify the problem in the interest of landowners enrol their lands in the RSR. He said that failure in conducting Jamabandi in a proper manner leading to raise such problems.

State finance minister B.Rajendranath Reddy who participated in the meeting directed the officials to pay special attention in acquiring lands for distributing house sites to the eligible poor. Housing minister C.Ranganatha Raju said there are Rs 820crores bills were in pending in housing department, they would be paid in a phased manner.

He said that his government is committed to fulfilling the 150 vacancies in Rayalaseema region under the outsourcing procedure. District collector CH. Harikiran said as many as 633 surveyors, 230 VRO's were deployed for conducting the land survey as they would start the works from 2nd October. MLA's G.Srikantha Reddy, P.Ravindranath Reddy Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy Joint Collector Gowthamy and others were present.
