The lockdown period has now come to an end except in the red zones. But the Covid-19 virus is still there all around and is making the people to get feared to step out. The positive cases are rapidly touching new heights which is making the Government go worried.

Thus, it's now in the hands of people itself how to protect themselves from this pandemic. Having healthy food, going with regular workouts and maintaining social distance will stop the Coronavirus from reaching us.

Ibrahim took to his Instagram page and posted their Sunday yoga pic and made us witness the amazing fitness goals of them… Sara and Ibrahim are seen bending their upper body sitting down on their legs. This way they are seen toning their hands and stomach…Their cute pet is also seen in the image adding fun to serious workout session.

Bollywood's fitness freak Malaika is all known for her toned body. She regularly goes with yoga and powerlifting to stay strong and healthy. In this post, Malaika is seen doing 'Halasana' with much ease. She also mentioned the step-by-step procedure of this yoga pose and made us know how to go with it in an easy way.

'Halasana' yoga pose is all known to calm your sympathetic nervous system and flush out toxins from your body and your mind.

This Is How You Need To Go With 'Halasana'…

1. Lie on your back with your palms facing the ground.

2. Take a deep breath in and with that exhale, press your palms into the floor and raise your legs towards the ceiling.

3. For added support, you can place your hands on your lower back.

4. You can also bend your knees if you're losing balance.

5. Slowly & gradually, try touching your feet to the ground behind.

6. Breathe slowly... To come out of the post, slowly release your hands from your back and bring your feet flat on the ground.
