Hyderabad City Ganesh festivities hit among global audiences

Hyderabad: While lauding the support from different quarters for the Ganesh festivities, the Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi felt that the grand scale of festivities being held in the city was attracting the attention of people all over the world.

In a press release, Samithi's general secretary, Dr Bhagwanth Rao particularly expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support of general public and media, which helped the event, reach the global audiences, besides every nook and corner of the country. "We express our profound and sincere thanks to the media for their role in making the grand immersion a mega success," he noted.

He further thanked the co- operation extended by the District Collectors of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medchal for facilitating the smooth conduct of the immersion.

"The Samithi places on record its gratitude to the Commissioners of Police of Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Rachakonda and other officials of Police Department for their round the clock vigilance in maintaining the Law & Order during the Ganesh Navratris and Ganesh Grand Immersion Programme," Rao added.

While lauding the State government support in this endeavour, he named all the departments which played a key role in making the celebrations a grand success.
