Packs of dogs causing panic in Mythri Nagar

LB Nagar: Stray dog menace has been increasing, particularly for the past few days, in Mythri Nagar. The dogs are creating panic among people, mainly pedestrians in the city. Despite repeated complaints by the citizens, the civic body is adopting a callous approach in addressing the menace, they complain.

Sumanth T, a resident, said, "As the dogs are roaming in groups on the roads the people are not daring to walk lonely. There is always a huge pack of stray dogs in the area. Our children don't get out of the house to play because of fear of these dogs. It has also become dangerous for the elderly citizens in our colony."
