Woman delivers baby in ambulance

Uppal: Rehamath, a pregnant woman from Tattiannaram in Nagole delivered a baby girl in '108' vehicle near Uppal on Thursday.

Rehamath family members called '108' when she complained having labour pains. EMT Naresh and Pilot Badru Naik had to stop the vehicle near Uppal as Rehamath had severe labour pains. However, the duo were help in delivering the baby.

The family members had a sigh of relief after Naresh declared the mother and the daughter are safe. The mother and the baby have been admitted in Government Maternity Hospital in Koti.
