Nomination of Pulivendula JSP candidate rejected

Kadapa: The nomination of Pulivendula Assembly Segment JSP contestant Tupakula Chandra Sekhar has been rejected due to his signature is not found at Part lll, and part lll-A of nomination papers.

According to the Pulivendula returning officer M. Satyam ask per the 36 of the people representation of people act 1951 the candidate has filed one set of nomination papers as nominee of JSP. While examining the papers the contestant signature was not found at two places in part lll, part-A lll. Hence his nomination was rejected.
