Paddy purchase centre inaugurated

Pithapuram: After receiving requests from farmers, legislator SVSN Varma inaugurated paddy purchase centre at primary agriculture credit society in Agraharam here on Monday. 

He said that the State government is committed to provide minimum support price (MSP) to farmers and paddy of A grade was fixed at Rs 1,770 and regular type was at Rs 1,750. 

Agriculture AD GV Padma Sri, society president Vallaiah Dora and ZPTC member Barala Appa Rao were present.
