Why not a woman as coach?

The BCCI has selected WV Raman as a coach of Indian women's cricket team but why BCCI is not giving chance to women cricketers to serve as a women's cricket coach. Actually, a woman coach can understand the problems of women cricketers very well. We have so many women cricketers who performed very well in their cricket playing tenure. 

We have legendary cricketer Anjum Chopra who can offer Indian women's cricket team coach. The time has come when biased attitude towards women should end and they should give chance to serve as a cricket coach. Hope Board of Control for Cricket in India should give the chance to the women cricketer's as a coach in the future for the betterment of the women's cricket.
