Best Teacher Award for Warangalite

Hanamkonda (Warangal-U): Vaddiraju Nivedita, a music teacher (Karnatic Vocal) in the Government Practicing High School at Lashkar Bazar in Hanamkonda, received State-level Best Teacher Award at an event organised on the occasion of Teachers Day held at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

The 47-year-old teacher received the award from the Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari. Nivedita who has experience of 26 years in teaching music has hitherto won many accolades at State and National level. It may be mentioned here that her disciples who participated in NCERT competitions three consecutive years won many awards.
