11k educational kits distributed in 90 Urdu medium schools

Darussalam: Educational kits were distributed to the students of Urdu medium between the class 6 and 10 in Government schools. With an estimate cost of Rs 47.5 lakh being spent on this scheme, each of these educational kits contain a bag, long notebooks, guides and model papers of all subjects. 

In Yakuthpura constituency, 1,087 educational kits were distributed to the students of 9 Urdu medium schools by MLA Mumtaz Ahmed Khan along with corporators Muzaffar Hussain, Dr Sameena Begum and Mirza Riyas ul Hassan Effendi. A total of 11,612 educational kits were distributed to the students of total 90 Urdu medium government schools throughout the city.
