Collector Syed Omer Jaleel reviews poll preparation

Vikarabad: Collector Syed Omer Jaleel on Saturday reviewed poll preparation with returning officers of four assembly constituencies in the district. He asked them to strive hard for peace and transparent conduct of the elections. 

The gave instructions: Arrangement of CCTV cameras at every polling booth; strict vigil to avert distribution of liquor, cash and sarees; action against code violators; publication and distribution of voter list by December 1; keeping a vigil on paid news and advertisements published in newspapers. Returning officers Aruna Kumari (Kodangal), Mothilal (Vikarabad), Viswanatham (Parigi) and Tandur tahsildar Dasarath and CPO Jagannatham were present.
