The committee also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Central government for announcing a stimulus economic package to instil confidence among farmers, workers, small-time traders and middle class in the country.

The Rs 20 lakh package announced by the Centre reflects Modi's government's commitment towards all sections of the society.

He said the state committee discussed the Rythu Bandhu Scheme (RBS) of the State government. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao's statements to discontinue RBS to the farmers who fail to cultivate crops specified by the State government amounted to cheating.

It shows that slowly the Chief Minister wanted to do away with the RBS and was turning an enemy to the framers in the State, he added.
