A man alleges JC Diwakar Reddy for Murder conspiracy, asks govt for CBI probe on former MP's assets

With the YSRCP government coming into power, trouble has started for the former minister and TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy. Firstly his travel buses were seized for reasons well known as his buses have no proper documents. Diwakar buses seized in a series of checks held in the state.
Off late, JC's son Pavan Reddy and daughter in law Samyukta Reddy received notices from High Court on the corruption charges on Trishul Factory. However, a man Murali Prasad who hails from Anantapur is a TDP leader has filed the petition on Trishul factory citing JC is holding illegal mining works instead of steel factor.
In this backdrop, Murali once again alleged that JC Diwakar Reddy is trying to kill him. He had reminded that he was escorted with gunmen after moving to the court on threats earlier. He ( Murali) claimed he was offered with Rs 10 crore to withdraw the case filed in the petition. Murali demanded CBI inquiry on JC Diwakar Reddy's assets.
