Good response for Bankers Expo in Vizianagaram
To bring festive cheer to customers, a customer outreach initiative programme by public sector banks (PSBs), was inaugurated on Thursday in Vizianagaram by B V S K T Bhaskar, General Manager, SBI, Amaravati Circle, Hyderabad, and representatives of 20 PSUBs, NABARD.
Vizianagaram: To bring festive cheer to customers, a customer outreach initiative programme by public sector banks (PSBs), was inaugurated on Thursday in Vizianagaram by B V S K T Bhaskar, General Manager, SBI, Amaravati Circle, Hyderabad, and representatives of 20 PSUBs, NABARD.
The programme is intended to offer a host of various retail loan products along with agriculture and MSME loans, open savings bank account, other Digital Products. This programme will be held on Friday too.
Bhaskar said all the 20 public and private sector banks, NABARD are participating in the event. He said, this event aims to cater to the needs of customers by extending array of loan products, including home loans, auto loans, agriculture loans, MSME loans, education loans and personal loans.
Under this initiative, customers are also facilitated to open Savings Bank accounts. They will also be assisted in downloading and using the digital products including BHIM app along with various schemes for agriculture loans.
This programme will benefit the customers and during the initiative, banks will also educate customers on financial inclusion schemes and digital payments to encourage them to upgrade to digital transactions." he said.
