Addanki: The people in Addanki assembly constituency expressed their love in sitting MLA Gottipati Ravi Kumar, whom they fondly call as Bujji, again. Ravi Kumar achieved a hat-trick by winning the confidence of the public continuously in the elections of 2009, 2014 and 2019, though he represented three different parties in these three elections.
TDP candidate Ravi Kumar won with 1,04,125 votes over his opponent Dr Bachina Chenchu Garataiah by recording a majority of 13,368 votes after counting votes in EVMs for 22 rounds.
