Health camp for HP staff organised
A free health camp was organised by Vasaviya Mahila Mandali in association with Apollo Tyres for the employees of Hindustan Petroleum at Kondapalli on Wednesday.
Vijayawada: A free health camp was organised by Vasaviya Mahila Mandali in association with Apollo Tyres for the employees of Hindustan Petroleum at Kondapalli on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, project manager Kannaya Srinivas Rao said that to mark 'World Sight Day' they have been organising health camp starting from October 10 in and around Autonagar. As part of the week long health camp, they organised the camp at Kondapalli.
Health tests were conducted for as many as 135 employees including drivers and workers and medicines were distributed to them. Out of 100 workers who had undergone eye check up 78 were suffering from vision problem and spectacles were given to them. Dr Kishore, AJR Satya Prasad, R Anand Kumar, Ch Nagaraju, M Nagendra Babu, Ch Mahendra, B Vijay hand others were present.
