Kakinada: The Kakinada Sea Ports Limited (KSP), which is managing the Deepwater Port under privatisation, on donated Rs 84 lakhs to the Government General Hospital for purchasing ventilators in casualty ward.

K V Rao, chairman and managing director of KSPL, handed over 12 ventilators worth of Rs 84 lakh to the Government General Hospital here on Thursday. District Collector cut the ribbon at the GGH mark the installation of ventilators.

He exhorted the philanthropists, corporate sectors and charity minded individuals to come forward to help the poor people secure better healthcare. GGH Superintendent Raghavendra Rao thanked the KSPL for donating ventilators.
