After receiving the summons, Sujana Chowdary in a statement said that the summons which I received from CBI is related to Best and Crompton Engineering Projects Limited.

He said that he was neither a shareholder nor a director in the company. Chowdary also said that the summons should not be considered as invalid as the Bengaluru CBI jurisdiction doesn't come into AP. Regarding the summons Sujana Chowdary said he'll take appropriate action.
