Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday arrived here on a brief visit to offer prayers at the famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara.

Tirupati:Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Tirupati from Sri Lanka's capital Colombo on Sunday evening.

He was received by Governor ESL Narasimhan, CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Union Minister of State for Home G Kishen Reddy, MP V Vijay Sai Reddy, Dy CM K Narayana Swamy, Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, DGP Gowtham Sawang, Protocol Director Prasanna Venkatesh, Collector Narayana Bharath Gupta, SP KKN Anbu Rajan, Municipal Corporation Commissioner V Vijayarama Raju, Whip Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, MPs B Durga Prasad, P Mithun Reddy, Reddeppa and others.

Later, he left for a public meeting venue near Airport and has been addressing the meeting there.
