Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) Vice-Chancellor M Jaganatha Rao said real teachers focus on research and practice as an everyday student in a quest to provide new knowledge to students.

AKNU Telugu Department Prof Dr KVND Prasad launched online Telugu teachers' teaching methods developed in 2 weeks (Faculty Development Programme) at AKNU University on Thursday. The V-C participated as chief guest on the occasion. He said that generations of students are leading the way in education using technology. He suggested lecturers and teachers who provide knowledge to students should also be more updated than students. He said that those who are in place of such a Guru should be a guide to society.

Banaras Hindu University professor B Venkateswarulu, Osmania University professor P Sumathi and others were present.
