Superintendent of Police (SP) R N Ammi Reddy on Sunday stated the police will respond quickly forthwith on receiving a call from women in distress.
Srikakulam: Superintendent of Police (SP) R N Ammi Reddy on Sunday stated the police will respond quickly forthwith on receiving a call from women in distress. Speaking to media at a press conference, the SP assured for quick action in prevention of crime against women in the district.
Women or any other person can call to tollfree numbers 100, 112, 181 and also to whatsapp number 9121211100 or Facebook page "A P Police women safety cyber space" when they face any problem from trouble mongers.
The SP also appealed to public to call or send details to another whatsapp number 6309990933 regarding offences against women. He appealed to women and their relatives not to hesitate to lodge a complaint with the police regarding offences.
