Tight security at Tirupati station

Tirupati: Railway police have made elaborate security arrangements at Tirupati Railway Station on Saturday in view of the Ayodhya Ramamandir judgement. The police sleuths along with dogs Lucky and Ranger participated in the security and checked all platforms, trains, waiting halls, frisking places, concourse area, yard and other places.

The checks were carried out to find out suspicious object and anti-social elements and nothing unusual material has been found, said the RPF Inspector B Saidaiah. He said that the situation is normal.
